@Peter-Corstiaans

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not any contact for Magix staff and no-one who posts here can directly answer your question, sorry.

However, which Magix product(s) do you own? With this information we may be able to suggest how you can stop these pop-ups.

@Peter-Corstiaans Hello. This isn't Magix customer support but a user forum and we are all users like you. But maybe we can give advice.

I assume you see a pop-up message after starting your computer? This appears if you don't opt-out of installing the Magix Update Notifier during the installation of Magix software.

You can simply uninstall the Magix Update Notifier in the Windows Apps settings. That should get rid of these pop-ups.

I receive my daily Magix messages by email. Maybe Peter is the same as he doesn't say.

Hi

There are three sources to modify:

  1. If you are gettting them by email, login to your Account at magix.com, icon top right of the home page, using the email address and password VDL is registered with.

    Under Info service uncheck the option shown below

  2. In VDL Progam settings, System tab ensure Hide news is checked

  3. In Windows settings, Installed Apps, look for Magix Cloud import, uninstall it if you do not use it. Note, if you have an older version installed it may be listed as Update Notifier, or Connect ,

HTH
