Yes, that bassline was played with a bass guitar.  It is a single bassline (as most are), so the there are no "chords".

In MMM, you would open the Vita MIDI Editor, select one of the Electric Bass instruments, and re-create the bassline you want.

hi, and thanx for great reply! i found the vita midi, and pretty sure how its supposed to be used. however, i find it a bit diffcult to get the right pace down and the right tune...

would there be any chance of you helping me out with that? eg. makin the bassline  in a midi file and email it perhaps?

it would be greatly appreciated:)

why don't you use your musicmaker to analyse the bpm of this track... just import the mp3... and follow the steps...

for this track bpm should be about 118... that's what I found out

Uh...then he wouldn't be getting just the bassline, which is what he is asking.  If he meant something else, then he needs to choose the wording of his questions more carefully.

@Procyon

Okay... my fault... as I thought... "he" had the bassline already as a MIDI file...

Well... now at least the bpm is clear... you can start trying to produce the bassline yourself... you might not get this particular bassline... but it's fun to try anyway...

hi, and thanx for your answers.

just to clearify: i dont have much experience with magix

i do not have a mp3 file of the song

i havent got any midi file

and i havent really gotten any good results with the mmm when trying to get the bassline from the song down.

and im a 28y.o guy:)

.......

the bpm helps though; 118.

Making music is not as easy as some make it look.  I've offered to help you out, but you haven't responded to the private message I sent you.
