I updated to 64 bit. I can not download previoue plugins and presets I puchased

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
Did you update or upgrade to MM2021? This is, essentially, a brand new version of the program and, as such, if you wish to use anything but the basic, free, version you need to buy the upgrade. To be clear, updating from an earlier Plus or Premium version will not give you all the features you previously had; buying the upgrade will.
