So here's the issue. I have installed and registered all of the plug ins for Video Pro X. I followed the instructions of entering the coupon code, going to the effects area, downloading, installing and registering the plugins. The icons change from the download arrow to the program icon. Yet when I restart Video Pro X the all appear with the download arrow again.

Also, how do you submit a support ticket. All of the links seem to loop me back to the FAQs or knowledge base. I've scrolled through each page and have yet to find the link.

Just a note, I cancelled my Vegas pro 365 subscription because of installer issues with each major update. The installer would install programs I wasn't authorized to have. So waiting for the next major update and I'll purchase it outright as I got sick of programs not running, the wrong version being installed (like SoundForge pro instead of Sound Forge).

Seems like they can write decent programs but can't get installers correct. Geez.

So in the first picture you can see the filters plugin has been installed and registered. After rebooting the program, back to download arrows.
In the second picture you can see the program icons on the other plugins., yet on the reboot, they changed to download arrows. Even tried rebooting the computer and following the install procedure with the same results.
I had Ignite Color installed and the icon changed, but on reboot went to the download arrow.

The external programs like Vasco da Gama at least work.
