Hi,

Did you download everything under Help, Free Download? The NewBlue and Red Giant effects are at the bottom of the list. Then you have to go to Help, Install Extra Programs and do the 3 Red Giant programs.

After that, you will find all 4 under Effects tab: NewBlue Titler Ex and Red Giant Universe.
