possible to make Slow Motion using Movies on DVD 7?

If the clip's speed can be slowed in DVD 7 please tell me how to do it.

I do not believe you can in that program, you can in the Movie Edit Pro software, but I think that Movies on... was only a capture, burn type edit program.
