Preview monitor BLACK

Hi... since Ive updated my program to 2021 pro plus , my preview monitor dosent work !

It does not shows my edited film ! It just black ! It worked perfectly well before the update.

I have also download the codek..... what shall Ido ?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in the program settings.
