Pro 17 - Combining (qty 4) 180 degree Stereo Cameras

I could use some help with this one. It's been a bit challenging for me to produce this...

The Recording:
 - I took (quantity 4) Insta360 Evo cameras and arranged them in a square facing outwards so I could make a type of 3D 360 video from them.

The Work on Vegas Pro 17:
 - The desire is to combine all four videos into one high quality 3D 360 video that can be viewed on an Oculus (I have an Oculus Go).
I've done quite a bit of manual reading and internet searching, but I have not found a proper way to do this... I think I need help with set-up as well as rendering.

Here are the details of each video:

 - Stereo
 - Side by Side
 - 5760 x 2880 total frame size with both images in that frame
 - 29.97 fps
