Pro 2022 installed including the extras

I have just purchased and installed Pro 2022

When I start the programme I cannot see in "Effects" the addtional features such as Design Elements etc

How do I get theese back as I had them in my previous version?

Hi Peter, and welcome to the user to user forums.

How old was your last version? It is possible that depending on how old the previous third party plugins were that they are no longer compatible with the new version.

2017 I think.

I have ordered the cd as well. If I wait for that and do a complete uninstall and re install from the 2022 cd will that give me all the functionality?

That is what I get when I install my previous version from the cd I have for that.

Also though when I downloaded the new version a separate window opened with all the plug ins for 2022 listed. I installed those and the screen showed them as installing in the main application but I can’t see them.

Hi,

Design Elements are under Templates, not Effects. Did you look there?

👍 got them. I was sure in the old version they were in effects, but I can see them now in templates.
