Problem Exporting movie project after applying cartoonr plus effect

Applied cartoonr effect to mp4 video in magix movie edit pro premium 2021 and when go to export movie it attempts it but within 10 seconds I get the message.....

Error in module "ManagerGL64.dll" .....Exception 0xc0000005 ÄCCESS_ VIOLATION" and movie edit pro premium shuts down.

Any suggestions??

My device is as per above pic

Have NVidia drivers and GeForce 930MX graphics card

This is a NewBlue file - which version of CartoonR are you using. If it is the older free version I cannot get it to work with MEP 2021.

Build version 3.0. Release date Jul 30 2018

Pity.... could get some nice effects from it.

I did not, I no longer have a need use CartoonR - I used it for one specific video I made about 4 or 5 years ago and have never needed to use it since.
