I need help with re-activating Sound Forge Pro 10.0 after changing my computer.

Product: Sound Forge Pro 10.0

Serial Number: 164-N3NH-****-****

Registration Date: 10/06/2017

When I try to generate an activation code starting from last month, I always get the error message: “Invalid computer ID.”

Since this product is quite old, I am not sure if MAGIX Tech Support can still check my license directly. Is there any way to confirm activation only with the serial number and registration date? Or is there no method to activate it anymore?

Any advice or experience from the community would be greatly appreciated.
