This may be too obvious, but are you sure you do not have a device be it a microphone or something else connected to your pc as the primary audio input device? This error is telling you that something is connected or was recently that has control over your audio input. Check your audio settings, and make sure that nothing else is connected. You may need to re-boot your system.
If so try disabling the internal microphone and reboot.

But I don't have a microphone installed anywhere. It does have a YouCam webcam which my computer is built with but it sucks. The quality is so bad and the frame rate is really shitty. I could remove that anyway but will that fix the problem? If my computer has a built in microphone that I'm not aware of, how do I get rid of it? Idk how to check my audio settings. And I just had my computer wiped out and rebooted like a few days ago. I don't want to go through re-installing everything I had all over again. ~_~
Are you saying that the computer is not a laptop but you do have YouCam software installed?
Is the Webcam always connected to the computer? If it is try unplugging it before using Music Maker - I suspect the camera has a built in microphone - and this is what is being reported as 'Integrated Microphone Array (ID 3+4).

No no, it is a laptop and the webcam is built in the laptop. HP TrueVision HD is what it is. And how is my microphone built in? So I just remove the thing from control panel?
