problem with mpeg MainConcept activation, problem with audio codec

continuation of Ticket#removed by Moderator . I had no time in the end of year to check your suggestions - but all of them were not enough. Problem still exist.

Magix Movie Edit Pro 2021 Premium, order number: removed by Moderator (update and backup copy)

1) I cant activate mpeg-4 codec MainConcept: when I restore activation - my order number is invalid. I even spend extra money for new activation code - activation failed. I loose money only. Why my order number is invalid???

2) during import of mts file from camera - i receive info: audio format is not supported. But file is imported and audio is ok.

I attach jpgs showing problems below.

None of these problems appeared with earlier version for Movie Edit (Pro Plus), which works very well. So this is not a problem of video file. Program is activated - I receive infos about update.

My operation system is (still the same):

Win7 64bit, 12BG RAM , Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti, Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80GHz unecessary information removed by Moderator

If you need another info - ask. I had no problem with ealier Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus (check my account) especially such described above.

Please do not post any confidential information in the forum - this include Ticket numbers, serial numbers email addresses etc.

This is a public forum, not Magix Support, and posting such information is the quickest way for you to have your product hijacked, also no one in the forum should ask you for such details or ask remote access your computer to 'help' with a problem..

Looking at you computer specification - the PC does not meet the minimum specifications for Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2021 and may be the part of the reason why you are having these problems and potentially others as listed below.

Windows 7 is not supported - the minimum version of Windows is 8.
The processor does not have an integrated graphics chip which MEP can use for Hardware Acceleration (HWA) of preview playback and for exporting.
The GTX 750 Ti cannot be used either for preview HWA as it is also below the minimum spec required ( GTX 1050)

This may be a false message depending on the video format - a MediaInfo analysis will tell us what the actually codecs used for video and audio are - post (copy and paste) the results from the Tree view.

To add to what John has said. This is the public forum for users only. There are no Magix staff present on the forum. It is for user to user interaction only.

If you need to contact the Magix staff, please you the email address they gave you in reply to your ticket you sent them in the first instance although John has basically given you the correct answer. Your machine does not consist of the correct or powerful enough components to run this later version of Movie Edit Pro. Even if you get it to work it will probably work at a crawl when it comes to exporting.
