Problem with Samplitude Pro X 5

I have had a problem with Samplitude Pro X 5 for several days:
1. The instruments only work properly when I am playing with the mouse.
2. USB control keyboard - you cannot hear the game in the middle register.
3. Playing is heard in the low and high registers, but sounds stutter.

What could be the reason? How to fix it?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Are you aware there is a dedicated Samplitude forum here? Since I suspect there are very few users of Samplitude Pro who visit or post here I would recommend you register at and repost your question to that dedicated forum.
