The error message shows there is a problem with the Magix server. I suggest you try again, perhaps in a few hours (to allow time for the problem to be corrected). If you still have no success you should raise a support ticket at http://support.magix.com

In addition to Jeff's answer - there has recently been an issue with using the online store which was fixed with a patch.

What is the full name and version number of the Music Maker you are using - see under Help, About . . . .

If you have Music Maker Premium the latest version number is 24.1.5.112.
