Is it another variable bit rate file from a phone similar to the one you posted about in 2016?

This movie was made on professional camera and edited in Movie Edit Pro Premium, so it should be synced... I don't know why is not...

Did you try right-click, Create (new) frame table? This sometimes corrects sync problems.

As @CubeAce says we really do need a LOT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTUAL VIDEO FILE you are using. The free MediaInfo utility will provide this information; post the results of the Text view here.

However, one quite specific question? What is the sample rate of the audio in your video file and what is the audio sample rate set in MEP? If they are different it is possible for the audio to "drift".
