Hello, I have a problem with the activation code for Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus, the point is that I enter the code that I received on the e-mail from Magix, when I enter it and click the button to activate the product, an error window pops up with -14. The code is for the Pro Plus program, but the pop-up window has the Pro Premium note. What is going on?

Error code 14 normally means you are entering a correct Magix serial key but for the wrong product!
You say you bought MEP Plus, but did you actually (accidentally) install MEP Premium? If so, that would provoke that message. If so, you need to completely uninstall the current version - I would strongly suggest finding and downloading even the Free version of Revo Uninstaller Pro to ensure everything is removed - then download the correct installer, run it and then try inputting the serial key again.
If tha tis not the solution, please provide screenshots of the various message screens you see, but please do not leave any confidential serial keys visible.
