I have a problem with ending a subscription that renews every month. There is no unsubscribe option on the support page (this is unfair according to the customer), is there any way to explicitly unsubscribe ??
For which product, You have posted under Movie Edit Pro. If you mean a Vegas product, this is not the Vegas forum which should be obvious to anyone who actually looks at the site before posting.
When you subscribed, did you not look at the details about how to unsubscribe?
On the email that you received with the activation code, is there nothing there telling you how to unsubscribe?
Did you not read the Terms & Conditions?
On the web page where you subscribed, presumably for Movie Edit Pro, did you not bother to click on the "i" beside the monthly price to read about "Subscription and Cancellation Details?" What do you see if you click on it?
Or for Magix Movie Studio, click on "Purchasing Details?"
There is also the Support button at the top of the forum and information about Subscriptions and a link to the T's & C's.
Sorry for what appears to be sarcasm, but really! It took me 15 seconds to find this. I can't figure out why people who subscribe do not read the Terms and Conditions and why they can't simply look it up like I did.
