Problemi aggiornamento Magix 2017 Plus Update 16.0.3.64 Codec MP4

gianluca-giaccio wrote on 2/19/2017, 5:54 AM

L'assistenza deve ancora rispondermi...

After using magix plus and downloading some additional components (but not all) for a few hours with mp4 codec MainConcept previously autoinstallato smoothly, I did upgrade to 16.0.3.64. After upgrading the problems started: 1) mp4 codec has been disabled. 2) Add-ons are scorparsi with the inability to download them also removing the Check "Hide additional conponemnti" and 3) also trying to download it in the FAQ pach 16.0.3.64 downloading and reinstalling it to no avail. If a program already creates problems in the first days I do not know what to think. The assistance has yet to answer me ...

Hi

. . . . I did upgrade to 16.0.3.64 . . . .mp4 codec has been disabled. 2) Add-ons are scorparsi with the inability to download them also removing the Check "Hide additional conponemnti" and 3) also trying to download it in the FAQ pach 16.0.3.64 downloading and reinstalling it to no avail . . . .

This suggests that the Transfer program information checkbox which is ls just below the Update now button in the dialog that informs you there is a new patch was not checked or the patch failed to install properly.

This resets the program and you have to re-activate it and install all the extras again see this comment for what happens when you re-install the extras.

. . . . mp4 codec has been disabled . . . .

Is this the MainConcept codec?

I would suggest you re-install the program following this procedure - at step 12 you can download the installation files again by browsing to magix.com, click the My Account icon top right of the home page, login with your email address and password, and select My Products - here you will find your registered product(s) serial number and a link to the download file.

If you are running Windows 8 or 7 in steps 4 and 5 in the above procedure become:

4. Hold down the Windows key and press R

5. In the run dialog box that opens type in cmd and press enter
