Can anyone help, I'm using Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus with Windows 7. I can load the program using a DVD but after finishing the project and want to burn the program doesn't recognise my DVD burners. I have tried reinstalling and repairing to no avail.

Can you confirm that you are using the now rather old MEP Pro 17 and not MEP 2017? Can you also post the information requested in this post https://www.magix.info/uk/forum/please-do-the-following-before-posting-your-question--621831/? Thank you.

This is a common problem with older versions of Movie Edit Pro.
You need to update the Burn routines with the latest version available here - you will need to login using your email address and password.
Note: Should you upgrade to Windows 10, then MEP 17 Plus is not compatible and you will also have to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version.
