If you are not a Bluff Titler user, there are plenty of free online sites for the creation of intro/outros, many based on Youtube templates.

If you want to make your own there are many sites offering free background video clips and audio stingers/background audio that can be used to create your own - eg Pixabay, Videezy, Videvo
