I recently purchased "Music Maker EDM Edition" from the store, but I encountered an error when trying to activate it. I entered my product key in the activation window, and it gave me a message: "ERROR: Entered coupon code is invalid." I tried the technical support page, but they had no solutions. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm having the same problem and multiple reports are on amazon with people having no help from Magix to resolve. This post was written on 1/8 and not showing resolved. I'm stunned and never seen anything like it.

to unlock an edition you need a serial number. A coupon will not be accepted.
i already have serial number and after i register my product after that want my Computer ID*. What it's meaning it
