I have MEP 14+. How do I go about censoring part of a video?

Problem #1: If I have a video of someone sitting on a chair during an interview, but they want to be anonymous, how do I go about pixelating or burring their face?

Problem #2: If I have a video of someone being interviewed, but in the background there are protesters waving signs (moving target) with profanity, how do I pixelate that?
