Program Compatibility

While troubleshooting my Video Pro X 19,0,1,123 compatibilty on my Windows 10 desktop there is a box saying Incompatible program and it is on Windows 8. I have never had Windows 8 on my computer, is there any way to find out how I can make sure Video Pro X is on Windows 10 or how to get it there? Thanks ,Dan

Hi Dan.

Run compatibility mode again by right clicking the programs run icon and run through the mode again rejecting each solution until the program says it has not found a solution or quits.

Basically you are running a poor emulation of using an older processor. If anything it will slow down any program in use. Can be useful in older games or programs where response times are too fast to be of use or causes crashes. Practically useless for most applications.
