program MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO Premium 2021 freezes

Good afternoon., I bought a program update from you Magix Movie Edit Pro premium 2021 12.05.2021. Every now and then the program freezes and I disable it using the task manager. It jams every time.

From the system specifications the incompatible with Windows 10 message may be a result of running a modern OS and software on an 12 year old processor which was designed for use in servers and CAD workstations.

We need more information:

What is the source video resolution and format? Download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the video clips you are importing and post the results from the Text view of MediaInfo.
Also post screenshots of the Program settings, Display option and Import/Export tabs. Use the blue icon third from the right at the top of the comment edit pane to upload images.
Is the lightning symbol at bottom right of the preview monitor turned on ie is it blue?
