If you drag the playhead/scrubber under to program monitor, when you release it, whatever is in the monotor starts to play. This doesn't happen in earlier versions.

Have I missed a new setting somewhere, is this deliberate behaviour change or is it a bug? In my opinion its a PITA :-)
