Project media turns a salmon color and all thumbnails disappear

Hi!

 

I encountered an error where the Projects Media Tab disappeared, then when it re-appeared all of the video thumbnail images were gone and in its place were grey boxes instead. Also, a pink/salmon colored background appeared behind all the thumbnails, which I've never seen before. In addition, whenever I clicked into the project media tab, vegas pro would freeze then I would have to shut it down. I've never ever encountered this before at all and I have no solution for it. I've searched the internet, YouTube high & low to no avail. I've even uninstalled Vegas Pro 18 and re-installed it and it still comes up with the same exact error.

Hi Julius.

This is a public forum. Please remove serial numbers and activation codes to your products. You do not want them stolen and possibly get locked out of your own products.

Also you are on the wrong website for Vegas products.

In Vegas, click on Help in the top menu, select Vegas Community.

Why Vegas people keep ending up in this forum is a mystery.

There was a "contact" link on the email from when I purchased Vegas, which re-directed me to log into my Magix account, I then clicked on Support and I assumed the "Video" Tab that came up was for Vegas, which it wasn't. It was for this one, so that is how I ended up here. But thanks anyway, I found my way to the Vegas Forum.
