Pulldown menu glitch in Sounforge

This set of screenshots was made to illustrate the problem described below:

I have soundforge 14 installed. And over the past few months or so, the program misbehaves such that after a few minutes of use, the "File" pulldown menu gets overlaid with a little rectangular-shaped "FRG" graphic which prevents the user's ability to click on the "file" tab in order to activate the pulldown menu. In the beginning it wasn't so bad, but now i have to keep closing and relaunching the software to be able to access the "file" pullldown menu. Yesterday i uninstalled then reinstalled Soundforge, but the glitch persists. This problem is hampering my workflow.

Any suggestions?

The "Dispersing file menu" bug. Magix Sound Forge developers are well-aware of it and are working on a fix. Don't hold yo' breath tho'

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Actually, i've been told before that the SF developers know of these sorts of gliches, and that they don't seem to be very concerned. Honestly, i miss the days when soundforge and acidpro were Sony assets.
