Purchase button not working when buying magic soundpool

When I try to purchase a soundpool on Magix Music Maker (and I've tried several), the purchase button does not work. What should I do?

@Joseph-Flowers Try the usual things. I would try it in this order. Log out and back in. Disable your firewall temporarily. Do a clean reboot of your computer. Go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store.
