Hi

Looking at your image it is difficult to see where the title text is the bottom half is missing.

Did you scroll down the tracks ?

The title object should be on a lower track which is not on screen or in the image.

Double clicking the tile object will open it for editing.

Did you added the Intro to a selected image or video object either using the yellow circled button shown in the first image below or dragging from the template pane to the object?

A complex intro has several parts - tracks 2-5 in this example.

A simpler intro has only 2 parts - tracks 2 - 4 in the image below

Intros and Outros must be attached to an image or video object and that object must be selected - see clip below (sound is turned off)

Looking at your screen shot, I couldn't figure out, for the life of me, how you did that. I woke up in the middle of the night, and Eureka! I figured it out. Just when I thought I'd seen them all, you found a new way to do something wrong.

There are only 2 ways to get what you show. The most likely way is that you started preview of the template and then you dragged and dropped it from the Preview monitor onto the timeline. Thus, you have the preview wmv of the template on the timeline, not the template. This file is also available on your hard drive under:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent\....ShopManager...

The correct way to apply the template is as shown by John EB.

Here is what it should look like on the timeline. Note that I use 2 tracks for my videos - video on track 1/audio on track 2.
