ayoitsnick,

If you have any Magix download version you usually need to go to 'Help' >> 'Free downloads...' for your additional content.

The Magix site shows four MM 'Special editions' but I find no mention of their including any Soundpool collection. At $49 for MM it seems unlikely it would include a free $39 Soundpool collection.

Regards,

Carl

Sorry, I'd not seen the 20th anniversary offer; these specials are often country specific.

If it's not listed in the free downloads under the 'Help' menu then I think you will have to contact Magix support directly. The Q&A and Forum are just user groups..

Yes, you should be geting "The Best of...." with your purchase and as suggested go up to Help and click on additional loops/soundpools....also be sure you have regesterd first.  Not regestered, no support from Magix.

I got the same deal.  It says right here Music Maker Premium, Music Studio, and Best of Soundpool DVD collection for a total of $49  I got my package in the mail just now and there is no Soundpool DVD any where to be seen.  So I went back and read it again and yes there should be a Sound Pool DVD.  We have not recieved what is advertiesed and I am taking it up with Magix.  I will let you know how it goes.  Here is the link. http://www.magix.com/?id=11817&L=52&phash=xwrrfN5mDLtYgHUy&utm_source=magix&utm_medium=mail&utm_content=muma2013pr&utm_campaign=US_23_upg

Rest assured, you will get your "Best of..." one way or another, either via download or a hard copy.  If its via download, make a back-up copy of all your soundpools...if you visit this community often you will see that almost weekly someone will post....."I was just doing blah-blah and now my soundpools are gone, messed up, deleted or some other problem.  How do I get them back, please help."

ericguitarman wrote on 6/21/2013, 11:10 PM

indeed it was an error on Magix side and not my own.  I have seen this problem occurring often in the forums and to any one that finds that they did not  recieve the "Best of Soundpool"  I recommend that you contact Magix right away with your order number, ect.....Magix took care of me and said the replacement is on the way.  If it arrives in a timely manner I will again post here to let you know how fast their response is.  But they did admit that it was an error on their side.  I was merchant for a while so I have been on the other side of this and it is indeed easy to make mistakes but I always admit them immediately and make the customer satisfied. I have faith in Magix and expect they will take care of it.
