Purchased soundpool from ProducerPlanet but says forbidden

I purchased the Royalty Free version of Chillout Yoga & Meditation - Complete Bundle, when I attempt to download this soundpool it gives me "Failed-Forbidden" message. Does anyone know how I can fix this or get my money back?
