i recently purchased movie edit pro templates (movie titles and funky neon). i worked with the templates for a few days and then they just disappeared. PLEASE help me on how to restore those templates. thank you

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. At the moment we know nothing about your computer nor even the version and variant of MEP you are currently using!
Where did you purchase these templates from? When you downloaded them where were they stored? Assuming that you have a current version of MEP and that you purchased these templates from Magix, if you are running Windows 10, check in C:\Users\your user name\Documents\MAGIX Downloads. With any luck you might find the installer files there!
