Quality trouble

So when i play my instrumentals on any other player like windows or real even itunes you can hear the high quality sound it suppose to be in and when i drag it to magix so i can record over it, magix some how converts it to a low quality sounding beat and it sounds nasty can anybody tell me whats wrong?? I have magix 17??! What to do how do i make my beats stay high quality after i drag it to magix?

I believe you have a latency issue.  Do you know how to go about fixing it ?  You have to change a few settings, its not very difficult....if that is your problem.  You might also have a driver issue...make sure its ASIO.

I figured it had something to do with the setting.. Maybe the way its converting or something ... i have no idea what i should check for and change in the settings?

Open Magix, hit "P" key to open Program settings, there, on various pages, you will see all of your settings including drivers and latency settings on the MIDI/Audio paage...not knowing what yu have already set, you may have to do a little experimenting to find the settings you need...all of this is assuming you have good quality headphones, speakers, maybe even a soundcaard
