Hi Tomek,

Patch 195 is the new version that is indicated in the pop up message. Just put a check in the box at the lower left to not see the same "News" again.

Hi John
So technically I'm OK and I know where to tick box (X), but how do I do it my laptop stops working and only then helps HARD RESET, and the update info is probably different from version 195

After I updated the VPX to 195 it did not pop up this message. It was only after a few days so it began to happen.

I have so on two computers
Greetings Tomek

Pozdrawiam Tomek

Hi,

If it keeps popping up after ticking the box, then that is just annoying. But if it crashes the computer, then you probably need to reinstall the program.

Hi

. . . . I do it my laptop stops working and only then helps HARD RESET, . . . .

Does the entire laptop stop working or just VPX lock up ie if you press Ctrl+Alt+Del do you get to this screen?

If so start Task Manager and under Background processes look for MagixOfa Helper-Module, if it is there, click it and then click the End task button.

VPX should close and the laptop resume normal working.

VPX should now restart OK.

If you re-install follow this procedure to ensure you get a clean install. Note: if you are not on Windows 10 skip steps 3 - 11.
