I am prompted to ask a question that is 'bugging me' as a result of the recent posting of Title Templates missing after the recent MEP upgrade.
Okay in this instance we knew that there was a problem because of the '0' downloading message, but does anyone actually keep a record of what plug-ins one has? Either purchased or came as bonus features with the program at some stage? But then, in what format does one keep the information that would be helpful?
I actually think I am missing one (sorry, a text I mean)– what I believed was a rolling Star Wars end credit with the words unrolling and scrolling up the screen and contracting into the distance, getting smaller and smaller. Perhaps it came with the program a few years back, but then comes another question, should I be making a back-up copy somehow of these title templates – they don’t come via the normal downloads folder system?
Also, having just taken advantage of ‘what seems a good idea at the time’ add on purchase in the Christmas/New Year Sale in the Store, what system should I then be adopting to make sure I have some good idea as to what the add-on actually does? As a result of the ‘Missing Template’ problem, I realise I have a number of such programs, installed, but so far not used.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
