Hi there,

I'm trying to re-activate the add on NewBlue Stylizers, but when I put my code in, it says "already been redeemed" and the FX watermark won't go away.

First of all make sure that the NB Stylizers Filter Package is shown as current on the NewBlueFX App Manager64.exe (C:\ProgramFiles\NewBlueFX\Common), this will also show your NB license Number. Check that the email address shown at the top is the same one you used when activating with New Blue.
