I recently had to uninstall Magix Movie Edit Pro 2013 because I had an error code. Is it possible for me to re-install without the discs as I no longer have them? Thank you
MEP 2013 is, clearly, quite an old version now. However, if you go to your Magix account, log in, go to My Products, you should find the downloadable installer and activation/serial key listed. At the same time, you should be able to see how many activations are currently registered to you; it is a good idea to deactivate any you no longer need, especially since there is a limit, normally two, to the number you can have concurrently.
If you cannot access your Magix account (for any reason) or if there is no link to download the software I think your only possible option is to email infoservice@magix.net and ask whether they can give you access to the installer and your serial/activation key. There is no guarantee they will be able to ehlp, especially given the age of your software, in addition to which it is more than likely it will not run fully under Win 10.

Uninstalling and re-installing to fix an issue is the last resort option.
Unless you have cleaned up all the files and registry entries left behind by the uninstaller, it knows nothing about these as they are created on first run of the program, on re-install you may have the same issue as before.
To manually clean up the files left behind, delete any files in the following folders for the program you uninstalled:
c:\Program files\Magix\ uninstalled program
c:\Program files (x86)\Magix\ uninstalled program
c:\ProgramData\Magix\ uninstalled program - this is a hidden file so you may need to set Windows Explorer to show Hidden files.
You may also need to run a registry cleaner such as CCleaner to remove redundant entries - this you do at your own risk.
We recommend using the free Revo Uninstaller to uninstall programs as it can also do the cleanup.
