I recently got a laptop upgrade and want to install my Video Pro X3 on it. However i have exceeded registration allowance and told to ask for support. I also am past the timeframe since purchase for free support. does anyone know how I can get my 'very expensive' software working again?

Hi

If you used the search box on the right and searched for activation, you would have found that this question has been asked many times, particularly this year.

You need to contact Magix and explain that you need the activation counter reset and why.
