If you are trying to use your activation code for SF18 to activate SF10 that will not work. The activation code is different for each version.

If you still have access to your activation code/serial key for SF10 please read https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/activation-of-sony-creative-software-era-applications--149297/ and follow the procedure given there.

I am using the original SF10 Serial #, purchased many years ago.
I have used the same Serial # for SF18 upgrade I have purchased recently
I have registrated the SF 10 originaly on Sony Sight.
But On Magix the SF 10 is not registrated.
I do have a registration for SF 9 which was prior to SF10 Purchase.
I do see my SF18 Registration.
Following your instructions, I have 1st to register the product. When I try to register the SF10 it tells me the S/N is in use (I guess for the SF18)
What can I do?​

@Pinhas-Shpater If you cannot see the SF10 registration in your customer account this means you registered it under another e-mail address. You must enter the correct e-mail address to reactivate SF10.
