I have upgrated to SF18. I now reinstalling my SF10 and cannot get authentication number for SF 10 anymore. the MAGIX center tells me the Serial number is in use (for the SF18). What can I do?
Thank You Jeff. I am using the original SF10 Serial #, purchased many years ago. I have used the same Serial # for SF18 upgrade I have purchased recently I have registrated the SF 10 originaly on Sony Sight. But On Magix the SF 10 is not registrated. I do have a registration for SF 9 which was prior to SF10 Purchase. I do see my SF18 Registration. Following your instructions, I have 1st to register the product. When I try to register the SF10 it tells me the S/N is in use (I guess for the SF18) What can I do? Thanks
@Pinhas-Shpater If you cannot see the SF10 registration in your customer account this means you registered it under another e-mail address. You must enter the correct e-mail address to reactivate SF10.
