Record video from video-camera

How I can import or record a video from video-camera in format video-8 into Magix Edit Pro Puls 2020.

The connection between video-camera to computer is by Roxio Video Capture USB

Hi and welcome to the forum.

This should be possible in Movie Edit Pro (MEP).

With the camera and Roxio device connected to the computer:

Start MEP, create a new project and click the Record button.
In the dialog that opens select Analog
In the Record settings that opens the input device, ie Roxio, should be selected in the drop down indicated in the image below

If the Roxio device is not there, then you may need to install 64 bit drivers for the Roxio device.

Hi John.

Since @Gianluigi-Benaglia is using a Roxio Video Capture USB, are you sure that Analog is the correct import setting?

G'day Jeff, yes, "Analogue Recording" is the method to use to get USB video (and audio) into MEP.
