Hi,

Which version of MEP?

"Draft movie?"

How did you reset?

"Tracks field" do you mean the timeline (arranger) in timeline mode or Storyboard mode?

Can you do anything else on the timeline, like add objects (photos, videos)?

Is it only one project or do other projects have this problem?

We can't see your screen and we don't know what you did. You have to tell us.

Yet another timeline cursor error - bet the playback counter doesn't move either. This is a problem that many people seem to be experiences but no answer for it yet... Are you running the 32bit version or 64?

I am having the same issue with Magix Movie Studio Edit Pro 2015 64Bit - it was working fine with both Windows7 then migraged to Windows 10 and it was still working fine until Late February 2017.

I have been trying to reinstall it but it still does not work.

I also have Magix Music Studio 2015 and this one is still working fine. So I have been creating since February of this year (2017) my small recording projects wav files with this program.

I just bought the voucher to receive support from Magix and requested for some help on this issue.

As soon as I find anything will let you know. I am going to try if after the installation I might have to install any patches

Hi

. . . . Magix Movie Studio Edit Pro 2015 64Bit . . . .

Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 2015 - it appears that you have mixed 2 different Magix product names Movie Edit Pro 2015 and Movie Studio.

. . . . I have been trying to reinstall it but it still does not work. . . . .

That does not fix the problem unless you remove all the files that are left behind.

Try resetting the program to its default settings - File, Settings, Reset . . .

Then click the Windows button, Power, Restart to restart the computer.

If that does not work then re-install Movie Edit Pro following this procedure. This will also check your Windows 10 installation is correct.

Please do not resurrect old topics - this one is 2 years old.
