I ran Music Maker 2013 for a couple of weeks with no problems. About the same time as nilotech77 had his problem, my program developed the same problem - no red line and other indicators not functioning. I also could not export. The projects would load and play. I didn't worry too much since I was upgrading to Premium 2013. I just loaded Premium and it has the same problems immediately. I also have Windows 8.

I didn't see a reply feature, but to reply to the first question was I have both versions on the computor and have not deleted the standard version. I was able to get both working again by simply restarting my computor, so some setting must have become corrupted or some Windows update needed a restart.
