Reduce size of photo placed in movie

It's been several years since I've used Magix Movie. Just bought Movie Edit Pro. I've placed a photo in my timeline and need to reduce the size so it doesn't cover up the video behind it but I've forgot how. I couldn't find the answer in the Help file so I though I'd check here. Any recommendations?

Use the size positioning tool in the effects rack

Thanks for the quick response. Same tool as in Magix Movie 2004 but in a different location.
