I would like to refund Movie Studio Platinum 2022. I just purchased this as an upgrade for Movie Studio Platinum 14. I have used 14 for as long as I'd had it and it became too laggy and outdated. So I took the upgrade offer and 2022 is NOTHING like 14. The interface looks as though it was made by a 2 year old. I would like a refund for this product and I forfeit ownership of the product key.

Hi Kimberly.

If you wish to have a familiar editing layout then the program you need Vegas Pro Edit as the Vegas team responsible for developing Movie Studio dropped support to that program.

This is explained in more detail on the vegascreatives.net forums.

I’ve already contacted them about a refund and I have made a subscription to Premier Pro. This was advertised to me when in my existing editing software as an “upgrade” but that it is not. Ive just decided to upgrade to Premier Pro and give in to the subscription based software. This ***** isn’t worth it.
