Regaining Focus

This could be a problem with my setup, so I'm curious: does anybody else have trouble regaining focus onto Movie Studio/VDL ie making it jump to the front?

With every other program I use, if you click anywhere on it's interface when it is "behind" another open window eg File Explorer, it will jump into focus in Windows ie it will come to the front of all the other open windows. But with Magix, sometimes it won't unless I click on the actual title bar right at the top of the program.

Annoyingly, I still can't pick up any pattern but it does it enough to be mildly annoying.

No, all my Magix programs behave fine that way. Sometimes one of the programs may open up on the 'wrong' monitor but that is easy to put right and then normally it will keep opening on that monitor until the next 'glitch'. No idea what causes that other than it's preference to choose the Intel powered monitor to open up on even when the program is set to use nvidia card.

What happens if you click or double click on the programs icon on the task bar instead?

Gday Ray, thanks for that, I think that doesn't do anything either. I'll try that though for sure next time this happens.
