I have VMS HD 11 installed on my computer. I just bought a hard copy of VMS 17 Platinum but it won't let me register it - and it won't open on my computer. I'm using a Dell computer with Windows 10. I was able to load the program onto my computer fine. It just won't open. I'm not sure if I need to uninstall VMS HD 11 first or if it's because I already have one product registered - and it won't let me register and use the new one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
