Just purchased today and want to install. No CD/Disc in pkg.; is that correct? Enter my code Removed by Moderator Gxxxxxxxx and the password Removed by Moderator says invalid or already used - well I didn't already use it. "The PC DOWNLOAD-KEY CARD thing says to redeem the code "to receive the product" I thought when I walked out of Best Buy with the box that I had "received the product."
What am I doing wrong?

We have had a lot of people on the forums complaining about the product bought from Best Buy.
Unfortunately you have to take this complaint up with the retailer, Best Buy. If you get no joy from them then inform your local trading officer.
