registration error

I just installed this for the first time and it is telling me I am already registered but I can not get passed the registration screen to open the program. I also can not find anyone in support to ask my question to.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I just installed this ... "this" being Movie Edit Pro, we assume?

Where, exactly did you buy the program from? Do you have, or have ever had, any other Magix programs on your computer? The Registration screen requires the inputting of a serial key. Do you have this? (Please don't post it here!)

The more information you can give us, fellow-users, the more likely we may be able to offer ideas to you.

I just installed Vegas Movie Studio Suite. It was purchased at Best Buy and I have never purchased any other programs affiliated with this program. I do have the serial key. It keeps saying I have already registered with the email but I can not get passed the screen where I am actually registering the program with the serial key.
