Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

I have edited your post to remove your telephone number. Such personal data should never be posted to a public forum like this one. (I have also hidden your other post, both because it is, essentially, a duplicate of this one and because it includes even more confidential data!)

The only method you can use to contact Magix is via this email address: infoservice@magix.net, where you will need to explain the problem in detail and request your refund, assuming that you have bought the product within the past few days.

If your describe your issue in detail, perhaps we can help you here.
Where was Sound Forge purchased from? Did the installation manager download successfully from Magix, and Sound Forge was installed. Was it registered prior? What version? (AS, Pro, 365).

As Jeff stated, for refunds and such, you must contact Magix.
